Shipping for HEMA equipment can be challenging. That’s why we calculate shipping costs individually for each order, ensuring the fastest and most cost-effective delivery possible.

This table displays general shipping fees. For larger, more complex, or Partner Club orders, we provide individually calculated shipping rates. We also recommend grouping orders with others to help reduce costs even further.

Due to various reasons, we are unable to ship to the following countries:
- USA, Ukraine, Russia
Note: We do not ship directly to the USA. Customers from the USA can purchase through our authorized retailers: Purpleheart Armoury or Kult of Athena.
VAT & Custom Fees
Any customs or similar charges applicable in the Buyer’s country of residence or domicile are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Inside the European Union (EU)
Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption tax applied to all goods bought and sold for use or consumption within the EU.
Example: ordering 1 x standard feder to Germany (EU)
- Standard feder price (230€ excluding VAT) + shipping (35€ excluding VAT) + Germany’s VAT (19% – every EU country has it’s own VAT rate).

Outside the European Union (Non-EU)
VAT is not charged on exports to countries outside the EU. However, VAT and other import duties may be due in the destination country. If you reside outside the EU, please ensure you are familiar with your country’s import regulations.
Example: ordering 1 x standard feder to United Kingdom (Non-EU)
- Standard feder price (230€ excluding VAT) + shipping (60€ excluding VAT) + customs fee which will be calculated and added by your local authorities.
