International shipping
Shipping is never easy when it comes to HEMA. Therefore, we check the price separately for each order, so that our customers can get their order as fast and cost-efficient as possible.
Shipping Fees
This table shows the general shipping fees. For larger, more complex or Partner Club orders we provide individually calculated shipping prices. Also we recommend teaming up with several people to place an order, thus further reducing the prices.

98% of the time the delivery times below are correct or packages even arrive earlier. On the other hand, there is always the possibility of delays due to local customs or other unforeseen events.
Europe: 5-10 work days
Canada / Australia: 7-10 work days
China / Asia: 7-10 work days
Excluded from delivery
Due to various reasons, we are unable to send packages to the following countries:
*USA, Ukraine, Russia
*We do not ship directly to the USA. Customers from the USA, please visit our retailer’s store: Purpleheart Armoury or Kult of Athena.
VAT & Custom fees
Customs or other similar charges applicable in the country of residence or domicile of the Buyer shall be borne by the Buyer.
Inside the European Union (EU)
Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption tax that is applied to all goods that are bought and sold for use or consumption in the EU.
Example: ordering 1 x standard feder to Germany (EU)
- Standard feder price (230€ excluding VAT) + shipping (35€ excluding VAT) + Germany’s VAT (19% – every EU country has it’s own VAT rate).

Outside the European Union (Non-EU)
VAT is not charged on exports of goods to countries outside the EU. In these cases, VAT is charged and due in the country of import. If you live outside the EU, please make sure you are aware of the import laws of your country.
Example: ordering 1 x standard feder to United Kingdom (Non-EU)
- Standard feder price (230€ excluding VAT) + shipping (60€ excluding VAT) + customs fee which will be calculated and added by your local authorities.
