Discount policy
We really love discounts. It can help in various ways to grow the HEMA community, although we have some restrictions that have to be kept in mind.
Discounts can not be provided in the following cases:
- the actual “ORDER CONFIRMATION” did NOT happen during the discount period
- a VALID & CONFIRMED order being canceled during the discount
- there is already a VALID agreement or OTHER TYPE of discount
- the products are NOT ordered directly from OUR WEBSHOP
